M&E Quantity Surveyor – Commercial & Industrial Projects

About the role

We are looking for an M&E Quantity Surveyor to estimate, take off quantities and measure ACMV, fire protection, plumbing, sanitary and electrical services for commercial and industrial building projects.

Key responsibilities

• Estimate, take off bill quantities and measure M&E services from tender drawings.
• Review tender drawings and specifications to understand project scope.
• Source suppliers, request quotations and prepare price comparisons and costing summaries.
• Prepare tender submission documentation, including technical data, unit rate schedules and catalogues.
• Manage resources and coordinate with suppliers and sub‑contractors.
• Work with project engineers to ensure contract compliance and monitor project costs.
• Prepare progress payment claims, variation orders, project budgets, cost control reports and final account settlement.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years experience in cost estimating, tendering and pre/post‑contract administration for mechanical or electrical disciplines.
• Strong written English communication skills.
