About the role
The M&E Supervisor will oversee mechanical and electrical works on construction sites, ensuring that all drawings and materials meet consultant approvals. This role involves close coordination with subcontractors, authorities, and internal teams to deliver projects on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and submit material submittals and shop drawings to consultants for approval.
- Control and coordinate on‑site M&E works, monitoring progress and quality.
- Resolve site issues related to M&E services promptly.
- Manage subcontractors, track their progress, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Liaise with relevant authorities to secure necessary commissions and approvals.
Required profile
- Completed a recognized M&E coordination course.
- At least 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in the M&E industry.
