Mechanical & Electrical BIM Modeller (MEP/M&E)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical & Electrical BIM Modeller (MEP/M&E) to join our technical team for a new project from the early design stage. The role involves developing and maintaining BIM models, producing accurate technical drawings, and coordinating across disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Construct and update BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Identify and resolve design clashes using BIM software.
• Generate technical and shop drawings for construction and authority submissions.
• Maintain model accuracy, integrity, and compliance with project standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and project teams for information exchange.
• Conduct model reviews and produce coordination reports.
• Plan, manage, and maintain BIM data according to project requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction or related field.
• Extensive hands‑on BIM modelling experience, preferably on large‑scale infrastructure or HDB projects.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, industry standards and BCA regulations.
• Excellent time‑management, communication and interpersonal skills.
