About the role
We are looking for a motivated Media Executive at the Polytechnic level to join our team in Woodlands, Singapore. This six‑month, full‑time position offers hands‑on experience supporting major events and media initiatives while developing strong communication and organisational skills.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and consolidate media materials for major events and initiatives.
- Support the media team in executing media‑related events, including facilitating media interviews.
- Monitor and track media coverage, compiling reports and statistics.
- Provide administrative, logistics and operational support for major events.
- Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Excellent writing, editing and organisational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Strong command of English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
