Member of Technical Staff, HIG-HBM Product System Engineering (Media Health Reliability)

About the role

Micron is looking for an experienced Member of Technical Staff to lead the HIG-HBM Product Engineering Media Health team in Singapore. The role drives intrinsic and extrinsic reliability test development and execution for Micron's latest HBM products on DRAM and interface dies and stacked products, and leads the intrinsic reliability charter. It works closely with Fab, Technology Development and Quality teams on process conversions, yield, DPM and cost.

Key responsibilities

• Define and develop reliability stress, test flows and test plans covering all product reliability aspects.
• Work with the Global Quality team on the qualification plan, review and manage qualification execution and drive resolution of gating issues.
• Reduce extrinsic reliability (Time 0 and field DPM) and intrinsic reliability through optimized manufacturing test flows and test strategy, meeting quality, cost and cycle-time KPIs.
• Debug and resolve qual and RMA device issues via electric failure analysis (EFA) and physical failure analysis (PFA).
• Advise fab teams on process conversions to improve yield, quality, reliability and performance, and manage related risks with Product Managers.
• Drive innovation, mentor team members, manage projects and make technical decisions on risk analysis and project prioritization.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with expertise in fabrication, product, design and testing; product engineering experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of device physics, reliability mechanisms or circuit design; direct experience in logic or memory products preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills, with a proven track record of collaborative work.
• Willingness to work onsite in Singapore with international travel to the US, Taiwan and Japan.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools and scripting.
• Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role-appropriate AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly.
