Merchant Account Manager – GrabFood

About the role

Join Grab's Singapore Commercial team as a Merchant Account Manager focused on GrabFood. You will work onsite at the One North office, partnering with food and beverage merchants to grow their sales across Grab's ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential merchants to drive GrabFood growth.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, targeting higher profitability, GMV and delivery volumes.
• Develop and execute business strategies that increase merchant sales and leverage cross‑vertical services such as GrabPay, GrabAds and GrabExpress.
• Analyze merchant performance data, create actionable plans and conduct regular business reviews.
• Address merchant feedback, resolve concerns and ensure operational excellence through tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide customized reporting, marketing support and product enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or business development.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions to deliver merchant‑focused solutions.
