About the role

The Middle Office Assistant Manager will support the sales team in driving business growth within the financial services sector. This role involves preparing meeting materials, facilitating client interactions, and ensuring smooth sales operations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare presentations, meeting decks and training materials for the sales team.
• Assist in client and partner meetings, handling documentation and follow‑up actions.
• Provide administrative support such as insurance form completion and meeting record management.
• Develop knowledge of insurance products and high‑net‑worth client application workflows.
• Collaborate with case management and product teams to ensure seamless sales processes.
• Participate in internal and external training to improve professional efficiency.
• Undertake ad‑hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum degree in a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to start immediately or with short notice.
