Mixologist – Long Bar

About the role

The Mixologist is the backbone of the historic Long Bar, delivering world‑class hospitality and cocktail experiences while supporting the Head Bartender in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations, maintain beverage quality, and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure stock levels, equipment maintenance, and HACCP hygiene standards are met.
• Provide guest‑focused service, handle feedback and complaints, and build a loyal customer base.
• Support training, recruitment, and performance management of bar staff.
• Collaborate with culinary, catering, and service teams to optimise efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in craft cocktail programs and at least 2 years supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of classic and international cocktails, spirits, and hospitality standards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work in a culturally diverse environment.
• Self‑motivated, flexible, and able to adapt to change.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic POS management.
• Familiarity with bar software such as Micros, Sevenrooms and FutureLog.
