Moulding Technician

About the role

ResMed is looking for a Moulding Technician in Singapore whose main purpose is to keep production equipment running reliably. The role covers maintenance, calibration, equipment setup, troubleshooting and documentation, while meeting quality, WSH, GMP and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintenance and calibration: coordinate and/or carry out breakdowns, preventative maintenance and calibration of production equipment
• Equipment setup: set up tools and equipment for production, verified by testing and measurement
• Troubleshooting: fix process or equipment problems and help the engineering team with validation activities
• Documentation: record all maintenance and calibration activities accurately
• Safety and compliance: follow maintenance procedures, GMP, 5S and health and safety policies
• Continuous improvement: adapt maintenance methods and schedules to improve efficiency
• Cross-functional support: help deliver, install and maintain new projects and equipment on time
• Training and mentoring: train and guide junior technicians and production team members

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication, able to adapt to change and work across teams
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, working alone or in a team
• Proactive self-management, discipline and a safety mindset
• Flexibility to work in shifts depending on production needs
• Preferred: diploma, ITE or certificate in Mechanical or Electrical fields, manufacturing experience, injection moulding experience, and hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems, including reading electromechanical drawings
