Multinational Client Executive

About the role

AIG is looking for a Multinational Client Executive to manage and oversee all aspects of multinational service delivery for an assigned portfolio and be accountable for the multinational client experience. The role works alongside a multi-disciplinary team to deliver customized, compliant and seamless multinational insurance solutions for global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage and oversee multinational service activities, coordinating communication and project management across internal and external stakeholders.
• Guide stakeholders across Multinational Business Model and AIG Network to ensure proper design and delivery of assigned programs.
• Provide technical expertise to underwriters on compliant program design and local regulatory requirements.
• Promote the AIG Multinational end-to-end workflow and ensure service fee discipline.
• Lead day-to-day service delivery, ensuring timely and accurate local policy and invoice documentation and meeting program SLAs.
• Partner with Product Underwriters on facultative reinsurance panel approvals and compliant documentation.
• Support multinational claims bulletins and protocols and liaise with Product, Distribution, legal, credit, claims, network partners and operations support.
• Act as the senior external service contact, updating the broker or client on program performance until fully implemented, and run periodic client stewardship meetings with Distribution.
• Contribute to target development, prospecting and conversion, and deliver internal and external training.

Required profile

• Commercial insurance experience, preferably client servicing (broker or company background).
• Strong technical knowledge of complex multinational programs and reinsurance structures.
• Experience working with multinational corporations and senior client personnel or risk managers.
• Ability to work autonomously, handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines and SLAs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder relationship skills.

Required skills

• Computer literacy: IT packages, MS Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Global fronting underwriting authority training mentioned as desirable.
