Murex Credit Risk Lead

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Murex Credit Risk Lead to join a leading Asian bank’s technology team in Singapore. The role bridges business credit‑risk requirements with the Murex platform, ensuring robust functional design, testing, and delivery across multiple asset classes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse user requirements and produce detailed functional specifications.
• Coordinate with development teams to guarantee accurate implementation of business needs.
• Design, execute, and document test cases for credit‑risk functions, supporting SIT/UAT phases and obtaining user sign‑offs.
• Maintain functional flow documentation, test results, and provide post‑implementation support.
• Manage downstream data flows from Murex to data warehouses and regulatory reporting systems, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate closely with developers and architects to meet business, regulatory, and integration standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a financial institution.
• Hands‑on experience with Murex 3.1 MLC module across various asset classes.
• Familiarity with Murex modules such as Trade Booking, LRB, LTS, Workflows, Collateral and Datamart.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and advanced Excel.
