Murex Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Mandarin‑speaking Murex Project Manager to lead the delivery of Murex initiatives across the Asia‑Pacific region. The role will oversee complex workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Murex implementation, upgrade, migration, enhancement and regulatory transformation projects.
• Build, maintain and monitor detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies and RAID logs.
• Coordinate delivery across client stakeholders, internal teams, Murex SMEs, vendors and system integrators.
• Manage project scope, priorities, budget tracking and resource allocation.
• Oversee testing phases (SIT, UAT, regression), defect management and cut‑over planning.
• Prepare and present status reports, governance packs and steering‑committee updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering Murex or capital‑markets technology projects.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end Murex delivery, including front‑to‑back workstreams and post‑go‑live support.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders in banking or treasury environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a regional client‑facing setting.
• Prior exposure to Asian banking platforms or capital‑markets transformation is a plus.
