About the role
CSIT is looking for an undergraduate Network Engineer intern in Singapore, working on software-defined network services. The internship lasts 2 to 4 months and runs under the guidance of a mentor, who helps the intern deliver a product that meets user requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build a proof-of-concept or prototype of software-defined networking services that can be readily deployed.
- Document the findings of the technologies explored and present them to management and users.
- Work on possible projects such as network automation and virtual network services, or a network telemetry processing platform.
Required profile
- Undergraduate student.
- Proficiency in Python and network automation.
- Knowledge of cloud networking technologies such as network function virtualization (NFV), network routing protocols and micro-segmentation.
