New Business Sales Executive

About the role

Growthful Ventures is seeking a proactive New Business Sales Executive to bring its AI‑powered receptionist solution, Jenny, to service businesses across Singapore. You will work directly with the founder, focusing on outbound prospecting, in‑person demos, and closing trials or sign‑ups.

Key responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of target salons, gyms, clinics and related service businesses using maps, directories and other sourcing tools.
• Qualify prospects in collaboration with the founder and refine targeting criteria.
• Conduct cold outreach via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram DM and email to introduce Jenny and schedule demos.
• Visit business owners on‑site to demonstrate the product, answer questions and move prospects toward a trial or subscription.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data, call notes and outcomes to enable continuous improvement.
• Test and iterate outreach scripts, demo flow and objection‑handling based on real conversations.

Required profile

• Singapore citizen or permanent resident, able to travel for in‑person meetings across the island.
• Comfortable with high‑volume outbound calling and door‑to‑door outreach.
• Proven track record in outbound sales to small businesses with measurable results.
• Strong network within Singapore’s service‑business community.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Mandarin a plus.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and resilient to frequent rejections.
• Curious about AI and technology solutions for SMBs.
