Night Shift Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Night Shift Sales Manager to lead our outlet’s sales activities during evening hours. The role focuses on driving revenue, attracting new customers, and ensuring a high level of service in a night‑entertainment environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work night shifts and leverage at least 2 years of night‑entertainment experience.
• Achieve the monthly sales target set by the company.
• Develop and implement monthly promotional strategies to boost outlet sales.
• Identify and acquire new customers to increase footfall and spend.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, updating them on ad‑hoc promotions.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, feedback, and interactions efficiently and accurately.
• Provide additional support to management as required.

Required profile

• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in night‑entertainment or similar sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
