Nurse Educator

About the role

The Global School of Technology & Management is launching a new Nursing programme and seeks an experienced Nurse Educator to lead curriculum development, teaching and external partnership activities. This contract role will support early‑stage programme setup and offers a pathway to a Programme Lead position as the programme grows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and map curriculum aligned with awarding bodies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare documentation for programme approval and accreditation.
• Develop academic policies, module specifications and quality‑assurance processes.
• Manage programme setup and implementation independently.
• Liaise with overseas partner universities on academic matters and progression pathways.
• Build partnerships with healthcare institutions and industry stakeholders for clinical training.
• Deliver lectures, tutorials and clinical skills training across nursing modules.
• Supervise student assignments and final projects.
• Develop teaching materials and assessment frameworks.
• Engage in scholarly activities or applied research to support programme development.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Nursing or related healthcare discipline (PhD preferred but not mandatory).
• Registered Nurse (RN) status in Singapore or recognised equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of academic and/or clinical experience.
• Experience in curriculum development or programme coordination.
• Experience in international academic collaboration.
