Senior Executive – Educational Sector (Up to $4200)

About the role

The Senior Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for users of the research system, handling functional queries, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating resolutions with the IT department and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the service portal daily, respond to user queries, and provide step‑by‑step guidance on system functionalities.
• Troubleshoot functional issues, document incidents, and work with the IT team and vendors to implement technical fixes.
• Maintain and regularly update user guides, system documentation, resource pages, and training materials to reflect system changes.
• Assist in preparing and delivering training sessions, briefings, and system‑related events for end‑users.
• Support system testing for fixes, enhancements, and approved change requests before they are rolled out.
• Participate in research system meetings, record key discussions, and follow up on action items with relevant stakeholders.
• Provide support for grant management and other research‑related administrative activities to understand workflow requirements.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with a strong interest in research administration and willingness to learn system support processes.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with users, IT staff, and external vendors.
