Nurse Manager – Nursing Home

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead the nursing team in our island‑wide nursing home network. The role focuses on ensuring high‑quality patient care, compliance with regulatory standards and smooth operational workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the nursing team and allied healthcare staff in daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) and Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) nursing standards.
• Plan, conduct and follow up on quality‑assurance audits and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized, function‑focused care plans.
• Maintain up‑to‑date policies, procedures and work processes for nursing care.
• Oversee the transition of residents between acute, chronic and community care settings.
• Provide direct resident care when required to meet standards.

Required profile

• Minimum degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a nursing setting.
• Valid First Aid Certificate.
• Willingness to work AM/PM shifts with no night shifts.

Required skills

• First Aid certification.
