NVM QRA Engineer - Global Quality

About the role

Micron is hiring an NVM QRA Engineer in its Global Quality team. The role involves conducting electrical failure analysis and data analysis of 3D NAND memory devices, and developing and overseeing qualification plans and risk assessments to sustain and improve memory quality.

Key responsibilities

• Define the NAND qualification plan and facilitate and manage qualification.
• Analyze qualification test data and perform risk assessment at every decision point in the qualification cycle.
• Perform failure analysis on rejects to identify failure modes and mechanisms, leading to corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with R&D and Product Engineering to understand new reliability issues, their resolutions and their impact on customer risk and reliability.
• Leverage AI tools to automate reporting, defect classification or root cause analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• Preferred: semiconductor industry experience as QA or product engineer, and failure analysis experience.
• Preferred: experience applying AI tools to improve engineering productivity or reporting efficiency.
