Office Hospitality Assistant – Part-time (Immediate)

About the role

The Office Hospitality Assistant will support daily pantry and beverage services across the office premises, ensuring a pleasant environment for staff and visitors. This part‑time, temporary position starts immediately and offers flexible scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver beverages to the designated floors or areas.
• Assist with basic preparation, cutting, and washing of ingredients.
• Support company events and functions as required.
• Replenish pantry supplies and consumables to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Clean and maintain coffee machines, beverage equipment, and related facilities.
• Maintain a tidy storage area for pantry consumables.
• Conduct monthly stock counts and keep accurate inventory records.
• Prepare consumption reports for pantry supplies.
• Coordinate with store personnel on ordering and replenishment of pantry items.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Food and Hygiene Certificate (mandatory).
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
