职位概况

我们正在寻找一位敬业且注重细节的质量专员，加入初创制造团队，负责生产全阶段的质量检验、文档维护及持续改进支持。

主要职责

按照检验标准对来料进行外观、细度、性能等检查，并对不合格物料进行标识、隔离、记录。
执行首件、巡检、抽检等制程检验，监督生产按作业指导书执行，及时上报异常并跟踪改进。
依据出货标准对成品进行外观、性能检查，判定并处理不合格品，确保完整检验记录。
维护检验工具（如卡尺、振筛）的日常保养与校准状态。
