职位概况

负责策划并执行产品、活动、促销等摄影工作，确保视觉内容符合公司品牌和营销目标。

主要职责

策划拍摄计划并落实执行。
拍摄高质量照片用于社交媒体、电商平台、公司网站等。
管理维护摄影器材、灯光、道具及摄影棚布置。
使用图片编辑软件进行修图、优化，满足品牌标准。
直播期间协助内容创作者拍摄幕后花絮和产品展示。
制作短视频、Reels 等视觉内容支持数字营销。
与市场部及内容创作者紧密合作，构思创意方案。
整理归档照片文件和数字资产，便于后续使用。
关注行业趋势，保持视觉内容新颖有竞争力。
按时交付视觉素材，完成上级交办的临时任务。

任职要求

具备摄影相关工作经验，熟悉品牌视觉要求。
能够独立完成拍摄、灯光布置及后期处理。
具备良好的沟通协作能力，适应快节奏工作环境。

必备技能

摄影拍摄技巧。
灯光布置与道具使用。
图片编辑与修图（如 Photoshop、Lightroom 等）。
短视频剪辑基础。
