职位概况

腾讯旗下国际游戏业务Level Infinite招聘东南亚社群经理，负责其在东南亚市场的社群战略与运营，覆盖《PUBG MOBILE》《NIKKE》《王者荣耀》等产品的玩家社区。

主要职责

制定并执行东南亚市场社群战略，针对不同阶段设计运营方案
搭建并拓展TikTok、Facebook等核心社群平台
制作符合当地文化的公告、推文、短视频等内容
维护核心玩家、KOL及创作者关系，收集并分析玩家反馈
监测舆情风险并制定应急预案
追踪社群关键指标，用数据优化策略

任职要求

3年以上游戏社群管理经验，其中至少1年深耕东南亚市场
英语达到母语级水平，擅长文案写作与口头沟通
熟悉TikTok等东南亚主流平台生态与运营机制
热爱游戏，具备跨文化沟通能力与危机公关经验
