Onsite IT & Electronics Technician (Contract)

About the role

The Onsite Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing IT and electronic systems at client sites across Singapore. This contract position requires a proactive, hands‑on professional who can ensure system reliability while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT and electronic equipment.
• Troubleshoot IT issues, maintain servers, apply patches/scripts, and verify hard‑disk integrity and backups.
• Conduct bi‑annual inspections of onsite electrical equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in IT systems and electronic components.
• Manage daily technical maintenance tasks and address client‑related concerns.
• Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance documentation.

Required profile

• ITE or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Linux or basic IT concepts is a plus.
• Proficiency in English.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with a positive work ethic.
• Willingness to travel across Singapore for site visits, preferably with own transportation.
• Strong customer‑service mindset for daily client interactions.
