Onsite Refrigeration Technician

About the role

We are looking for an Onsite Refrigeration Technician to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining a range of refrigeration equipment for our clients, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain refrigeration systems, including refrigerators and other prism products.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and refrigerant‑related issues.
• Replace faulty components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors and fans.
• Perform preventive maintenance and conduct system tests to verify performance and temperature control.
• Calibrate temperature controls, thermostats and pressure switches as required.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities and parts inventory.
• Provide prompt and professional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols, relevant regulations and industry standards for refrigerant handling and electrical work.

Required profile

• Minimum O‑Level or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Refrigeration Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and components.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read technical manuals and diagrams.
• Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
