About the role

Onsite Support Consultant providing IT support services with expertise in Microsoft products, Cisco collaboration tools, and HP copier and computers.

Key responsibilities

Handle incidents and requests as defined in processes and SLAs.
Support and assist with setting up remote collaboration tools and systems.
Support other teams in troubleshooting issues.
Create, understand, and follow technical documentation, routines and processes.

Required profile

Degree/Diploma in IT or equivalent.
3‑4 years of hands‑on support for IT services.
Expert knowledge in Microsoft products, Cisco collaboration tools, HP copiers and computers.
Experience working with ticketing tools.
Experience creating, understanding, and following technical documentation, routines and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
