- Analyse current and future state of bilateral and centrally cleared REPO workflows, covering trade capture, matching, affirmation, clearing, settlement, margin, reconciliation, lifecycle events and exceptions
- Identify operational gaps, risks, control weaknesses and manual touchpoints, and define practical remediation and controls
- Validate process ownership, roles, hand-offs, escalation routes, service levels and oversight across internal teams and external providers
- Assess whether workflows are scalable, auditable and fit day-to-day processing, monitoring and exception resolution
- Ensure operational requirements and acceptance criteria are reflected in process designs, control frameworks, implementation plans and readiness assessments
- Develop risk-based operational test scenarios, review UAT results and defects, and confirm material issues are resolved or accepted before go-live
- Own or coordinate SOPs, procedures, workflows, process maps, control checklists, escalation matrices, training materials and handover documentation
- Support implementation, parallel run and post-go-live stabilisation, and give formal Operations sign-off or recommend conditions for it
Required profile

- 3-5 years of financial services back-office experience (asset management desirable)
- Prior experience with fixed income products, repo markets or CCP clearing projects
- Experience in end-to-end trade lifecycle and middle office, especially fixed income and repo
