Operations Admin Coordinator (Junior/Senior)

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Admin Coordinator to provide administrative support for daily operations, manage order processing, and assist in planning and scheduling measurement and installation activities. The role works closely with multiple departments, sub‑contractors, and the logistics team to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update order data in the system and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in scheduling measurement and installation work based on procedures and customer requirements.
• Coordinate daily deployment of trucks and drivers, including vehicle scheduling.
• Prepare technical drawings with or without CAD software and handle related documentation.
• Liaise between departments and sub‑contractors to ensure order fulfilment, proper billing, and documentation.
• Prepare costing documents and verify sub‑contractor billings before forwarding to relevant teams.
• Perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and other administrative duties as assigned.

Required profile

• At least a secondary school GCE “O” level or an equivalent diploma.
• 1–2 years of experience in administrative coordination.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with Singapore road networks is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with Google Sheets.
• Comfortable using Numbers and interpreting technical drawings.
• Basic ability to work with CAD software for drawing preparation.
