Operations Courier – Last Mile Delivery

About the role

The Operations Courier is responsible for executing last‑mile and high‑touch deliveries across Singapore, ensuring timely and safe transport of a variety of goods, including temperature‑sensitive life‑science products. The role supports both routine routes and ad‑hoc airport collections, working closely with UPS logistics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily delivery services on assigned routes and milk‑run schedules.
• Execute ad‑hoc airport pickups and deliveries as required.
• Load and unload goods safely, handling items up to 20 kg.
• Complete all delivery documentation and endorsements accurately.
• Pack, transport, and manage temperature‑controlled life‑science products following strict protocols.
• Handle gel packs and dry ice to maintain required temperature conditions.
• Operate 24‑ft standard and temperature‑controlled vehicles.

Required profile

• Valid Singapore Class 4 driving licence with at least two years of driving experience.
• Familiarity with Singapore road networks.
• Ability to work varying shifts and overtime.
• Basic proficiency in reading, writing and communicating in English.
• Physical capability to lift items up to 20 kg.

Required skills

• Class 4 driving licence (Singapore).
• Hazardous Materials Transport Driver’s Permit (preferred).
• Forklift licence (preferred).
• Temperature‑controlled product handling.
