Operations Executive (Graduates Welcome)

About the role

Sleek, a Singapore-based fintech scale-up, is looking for confident, detail-oriented fresh graduates and entry-level professionals to join its Operations team. The focus is on delivering corporate governance support services to Singapore-based clients. No prior experience is needed, as comprehensive on-the-job training covers Singapore regulatory frameworks and modern corporate operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Under supervision, execute corporate governance tasks, ACRA statutory filings and client compliance updates
• Respond to client inquiries and act as a trusted advisor using best-practice industry procedures
• Maintain accurate statutory registers, corporate documents and administrative records within legal deadlines
• Collaborate with senior associates and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day service delivery

Required profile

• No prior work experience required
• Based in Singapore with current legal authorisation to work there
• Diploma or degree; fresh graduates from universities or polytechnics strongly encouraged
• Attention to detail, strong organisational skills and structured thinking
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Growth mindset, curiosity, tech and AI savviness, and a passion for helping others succeed
