Operations Executive – IT & Facilities Management

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Executive to join HMI OneCare Clinic’s support team in Singapore. The role combines IT support, facilities upkeep and compliance monitoring to ensure smooth daily operations across our network of clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve clinic-wide internet, printer, Wi‑Fi and hardware issues, both remotely and on‑site.
• Perform software and driver updates, maintain IT equipment inventory and manage user account creation, deactivation and access rights.
• Troubleshoot ECG machines and coordinate service engineer interventions when required.
• Oversee minor facilities maintenance, signage replacement, lighting fixtures and coordinate external vendors for more complex repairs.
• Conduct quarterly operational audits, document findings and track corrective actions.
• Provide training and support for the SGIMED system, develop and update related documentation.
• Assist with clinic set‑up, launch activities and group‑wide operational improvement projects.
• Handle ad‑hoc duties that support overall clinic operations.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in IT support and basic facilities maintenance, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Ability to assess technical issues, determine responsibility and coordinate with vendors or service engineers.
• Strong organisational skills to manage inventories, audits and documentation.
• Willingness to work on‑site across multiple clinic locations.
