Operations Executive

About the role
As an Operations Executive at PSA Group, you will be at the core of our container terminal operations, helping to shape the future of global supply chains. You will work either in the Control Centre or in Ship Planning, gaining hands‑on experience in vessel turnaround and cargo distribution.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of control centre supervisors, planning manpower and equipment to ensure rapid vessel turnaround and seamless container connectivity.
- Execute and monitor container handling operations around the clock to deliver uninterrupted service.
- Lead a team of ship planners, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet shift‑to‑shift planning requirements.
- Develop optimal cargo distribution plans that maintain vessel stability and accelerate turnaround times.
Required profile
- Degree in any discipline.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Results‑oriented mindset thriving in a dynamic environment.
