Operations Executive - Talent and Client Operations

About the role

Fuku is hiring a full-time Operations Executive in Singapore to support its talent and client operations. The role is hands-on and covers both member-facing tasks and client services, working with the team toward clear goals such as shift fill rate, response time and member and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Talent operations: help new members register and understand job requirements, payments, benefits and onboarding; interview members about their experience, availability, salary expectations and suitability for roles; keep member records accurate and stay in touch.
• Recruit new members through social media, referrals, calls, networking and job fairs, and use the automated matching system to connect them with suitable openings.
• Coordinate shift schedules, confirmations and replacements, monitor attendance and respond quickly when plans change.
• Client services: learn what each client needs, act as the main point of contact for requests, feedback and day-to-day issues, visit client sites and offices and help source new clients through outreach, referrals and networking.

Required profile

• A dependable person who enjoys helping people and solving practical problems.
• Clear communication skills and confidence speaking with members and clients by phone and in person.
• The drive to meet targets while delivering good service.
• Ability to learn quickly and stay organised when priorities change.
• Comfortable visiting client offices and sites.

The role may require being reachable by phone after hours and working rostered weekends, with two rest days each week scheduled around operational needs.
