Operations Lead – Innovation Medicine

About the role

The Operations Lead for Innovation Medicine will oversee end‑to‑end supply chain activities across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines. This includes managing warehouse and distribution functions, customer service, inventory control and inbound shipment processes while ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day 4PL operations, including warehouse, distribution and customer service, ensuring contractual performance on metrics, cost, quality and safety.
• Manage import and export shipments through custom brokers and transportation suppliers.
• Support SAP transaction processing, order entry, financial closing, inventory reconciliation, invoicing and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement of 4PL performance through regular reviews, best‑practice sharing and regional initiatives.
• Collaborate with Quality, EHS and Compliance teams to set targets, support audits and implement corrective actions.
• Assist new product introductions by ensuring process, system and capability readiness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse and distribution operations.
• Experience managing 4PL relationships and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with customs brokerage and import/export logistics.
• Ability to work closely with Quality, EHS and Compliance functions.
• Experience supporting internal and external audits and implementing CAPA.

Required skills

• SAP transaction management.
