Operations / Logistics Executive

About the role

This Operations / Logistics Executive position in Singapore covers the day-to-day running of warehouse and delivery operations, from orders and deliveries to stock control, asset management and customer coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Handle matters relating to operations assistants, drivers and storemen
• Monitor daily orders, plan delivery schedules and follow up on delivery issues
• Oversee daily stock inventory levels and accuracy, and ensure warehouse inventory controls including stock takes and cycle counts
• Track company assets such as trucks, tanks and spare parts, and review maintenance costs and truck downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, manage incident reporting and apply for safety licences for trucks and tanks
• Coordinate the daily operational flow between customers and the warehouse, and build regular contact with customers
• Work with internal stakeholders to plan and monitor manpower requirements

Required profile

• Minimum N-Level, O-Level, Diploma or equivalent qualification
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
