Operations Manager

About the role

Join CEVA Logistics as an Operations Manager and support the Contract/Area Manager in overseeing end‑to‑end warehouse activities. You will ensure that business and operational objectives, as well as key performance indicators, are consistently achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and direct daily warehouse staff to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
• Plan staffing, equipment, storage and daily tasks to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure adequate equipment for storage, loading and delivery of goods.
• Manage inventory, productivity, accuracy and loss‑prevention programs.
• Oversee P&L for the account, ensuring on‑time deliveries and cost control.
• Prepare monthly billings and the annual operating budget.
• Implement safety, security, housekeeping and sanitation initiatives.
• Coach and motivate the operational team to meet business goals.
• Generate monthly performance reports and drive continuous improvement through 5S, Kaizen, LEAN and SCA programs.

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline, preferably Business or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including managing and leading an operations team.
• Strong leadership, supervisory and people management abilities.
• Excellent planning, communication and customer‑handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment.
