Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will oversee day‑to‑day activities across GIS Healthcare Couriers, ensuring smooth coordination between staff, management and external partners. This role is pivotal in maintaining high service standards and supporting the company’s growth islandwide.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with staff at all levels and develop relationships with business partners.
• Plan, organise and staff operational projects, delegating tasks appropriately.
• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance and ensure revenue generation.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain high precision in business procedures.
• Lead the team, resolve conflicts and foster a productive workplace environment.
