Operations Manager – Medical Aesthetics Clinic

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead the day‑to‑day activities of our medical aesthetics clinic in Singapore. You will ensure smooth workflow, high‑quality patient experience, and compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including staff scheduling, treatment room setup, and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain excellent customer service and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Monitor patient appointments, treatments, follow‑ups, and retention metrics.
• Ensure compliance with clinic regulations, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain documentation, audit records, and standard operating procedures.
• Support digital system enhancements and workflow improvements.
• Lead, train, and guide clinic staff to foster teamwork and professionalism.
• Assist with promotions, sales campaigns, and new service launches.
• Track clinic performance and recommend operational improvements.
• Manage inventory, procurement, vendor relationships, and equipment servicing.
• Contribute to business growth and operational planning initiatives.

Required profile

• Prior experience in clinic operations, healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, or wellness.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team‑management abilities.
• Good understanding of patient management and customer service.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, SOP implementation, and operational workflows.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Sales‑driven mindset with ability to support business growth.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and handling multiple responsibilities.
