About the role
We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead our driver and warehouse teams across Singapore. The role requires at least two years of relevant experience and a commitment to long‑term growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of drivers and warehouse personnel.
- Plan and execute fleet routing and scheduling.
- Maintain and inspect fleet vehicles.
- Conduct inventory stock‑takes.
- Develop and implement workflow systems.
- Perform basic machine vending maintenance.
- Liaise with clients and customers to meet their requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of operations experience.
- Class 3 Driving License (mandatory).
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Long‑term commitment.
Required skills
- Forklift and Reachtruck operation.
- Fleet management, routing and planning.
- Fleet maintenance and inspection.
- Inventory stock‑taking.
- Workflow system implementation.
- Basic machine vending maintenance.
