Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead and optimise our production processes at Ever Dragon Sauce Factory. You will play a key role in driving efficiency, supporting strategic planning and ensuring high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the efficiency of operational processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in strategic planning and goal‑setting for the business.
• Analyse business requirements and customer needs to align production.
• Research and implement methods to reduce costs and enhance operations.
• Monitor, report and act on department performance metrics.
• Supervise, train and develop team members.
• Provide administrative support to the department.
• Work night, split and weekend shifts as required.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including night and weekend shifts.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into action.
