Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead and optimise our day‑to‑day processes across Singapore. The role will involve managing a team, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the efficiency of operational processes and monitor departmental performance.
• Participate in strategic planning and goal‑setting for various business functions.
• Analyse business requirements and customer needs to drive process improvements.
• Research and implement methods to improve operations and reduce costs.
• Supervise, train and mentor employees, providing guidance and support.
• Provide administrative support such as updating inventory records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an operations supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• Hands‑on experience implementing operational processes.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Good knowledge of operational principles and policies.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead a team and work on weekends and public holidays.
