Operations Supervisor – Micromobility Fleet Management

About the role

HelloRide is expanding its shared bicycle business in Singapore and seeks an Operations Supervisor to help plan and execute daily fleet activities. You will work both in the office and on the ground, overseeing drivers and walkers who keep e‑bikes and e‑scooters available for users.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations of e‑bikes and e‑scooters, ensuring smooth deployment, rebalancing, and maintenance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with strategy, marketing, and policy teams to align operational activities with business goals.
• Monitor and analyse operational metrics to optimise fleet health and performance.
• Assist the operations team in resolving issues quickly while maintaining safety standards.
• Help manage warehouse operations, supply chain logistics, and vehicle maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards during city setups.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and a hands‑on, detail‑oriented approach.
• Excellent analytical ability and data‑driven decision making.
• Effective communication and organizational skills for cross‑team collaboration.
