Operations Supervisor – Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead our night‑shift warehouse team in Singapore. The role involves overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring safety compliance and driving performance against key operational metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team during the 8 PM‑8 AM shift to ensure smooth day‑to‑day warehouse operations.
• Achieve operational KPIs, productivity targets and service excellence.
• Maintain compliance with workplace safety regulations, company SOPs and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders for efficient order fulfilment and customer service.
• Monitor inventory accuracy using WMS and SAP, ensuring timely updates and proper stock control.
• Oversee billing, documentation, KPI reporting and operational records for accuracy and traceability.
• Coach, train and mentor team members through performance management and annual appraisals.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects such as 5S, Kaizen and Lean to enhance efficiency.

Required profile

• Diploma with at least 3 years of experience leading a warehouse team.
• Ability to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment.
• Valid Forklift License and Work‑at‑Height certification.
• Willingness to support overtime when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio.
• Hands‑on experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP.
• Forklift operation and Work‑at‑Height safety certification.
