Operations Support Officer

About the role

The Operations Support Officer will assist technical teams in delivering smooth installation projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role combines site coordination, hands‑on installation work, and troubleshooting to support successful project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
• Provide quality customer service for all installation jobs.
• Install and assemble furniture and related fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver practical solutions.
• Support maintenance and testing activities as required.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil/Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building or equivalent from a recognised Singapore polytechnic.
• Hands‑on experience in interior fit‑out or furniture installation is preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work on‑site.
