Operations Technology Security Manager (West)

About the role

The Operations Technology Security Manager will lead maintenance and operational activities across all facilities in the West region, ensuring high equipment uptime and compliance with service level agreements. This role combines technical expertise in security systems with strong stakeholder management to drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Direct maintenance operations across all facilities to maximize equipment uptime and meet SLAs.
• Develop, refine, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and analyse failure trends for corrective actions.
• Oversee asset and inventory management, departmental budgets, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure rigorous health and safety standards are maintained.
• Build and maintain strategic stakeholder relationships through regular performance reviews.
• Mentor and develop team members to achieve high performance.

Required profile

• Diploma in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or related field; ITIL certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, planning and communication skills.
• Experience working with project teams and long‑term maintenance planning.
• Willingness to be on standby or work outside normal office hours as needed.
