Order Fulfillment Specialist

About the role

A global technology leader serving the semiconductor industry is hiring an Order Fulfillment Specialist in Singapore. The role manages end-to-end order fulfilment from order creation through delivery execution, with ownership of operations and exposure to global supply chain functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order fulfilment from order creation through delivery execution.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, sales and planning teams to ensure order accuracy and product readiness.
• Monitor order pipelines and proactively address fulfilment risks, delays and exceptions.
• Work with logistics providers and freight partners to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Prepare and maintain shipping, trade compliance and documentation requirements.
• Investigate operational issues and drive corrective actions with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to improve efficiency, service levels and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in order fulfilment, supply chain operations, customer operations or manufacturing support.
• Experience managing customer orders in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven ability to analyse issues, manage priorities and drive resolutions independently.
• Detail-oriented, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics coordination and quote-to-cash workflows.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; exposure to Oracle is advantageous.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and reporting.
• Experience supporting process improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
