Order & Shipment Coordination (up to $4500)

About the role

This contract position focuses on managing the end‑to‑end order and shipment process for customers in Singapore. You will ensure orders are accurately entered, scheduled, and delivered on time while maintaining compliance with company SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process customer orders in accordance with company policies.
• Plan shipment schedules, coordinate loading, and book carriers or service providers.
• Maintain accurate order data in the ERP system and update status throughout the fulfilment cycle.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor shipment progress, handle changes or exceptions, and resolve operational issues.
• Verify packing lists against orders and close completed orders in the system.
• Track performance metrics and support data‑analysis initiatives for process improvement.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in order processing or a related supply‑chain function.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in a planning or scheduling role is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/order management systems.
