About the role
Pubrio is seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Supervisor to lead its remote sales team. You will shape outbound strategies, generate high‑intent leads, and mentor junior sales professionals while collaborating closely with marketing and sales colleagues.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies using cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
- Identify and prospect potential clients in offline retail, e‑commerce, and technology sectors to build a robust pipeline.
- Drive LinkedIn outreach initiatives to connect with decision‑makers and nurture prospects.
- Guide and mentor junior outbound sales team members on prospecting techniques and messaging.
- Conduct market research to pinpoint target companies, industry trends, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach campaigns and improve lead quality.
- Monitor outreach performance, conversion rates, and pipeline development, providing regular insights to management.
Required profile
- 4‑6+ years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Proactive problem‑solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience mentoring junior team members.
- Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua (both written and spoken).
