Overseas Ads Data Strategy Product Manager

About the role

Tencent's Corporate Development Group (CDG) is a professional support platform for new business incubation and exploration, covering areas such as fintech and advertising, marketing services, payments and financial applications, as well as strategic planning, investments, investor relations and corporate communications. It is looking for an Overseas Ads Data Strategy Product Manager to support data analysis for the overseas ad network.

Key responsibilities

• Support data analysis for the overseas ad network, using industry and advertiser insights to find growth and efficiency opportunities and help optimise advertiser campaign performance.
• Work with the Data Science and Recommendation teams on multi-source data analysis, contributing to the design and rollout of strategy optimisations and building reusable methodologies.
• Help develop the in-house data diagnostics platform, building monitoring and attribution modules across the full ad-delivery funnel to improve issue diagnosis and decision-making.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or Business Analytics preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in the advertising industry or data science, with an understanding of ad recommendation systems.
• Prior experience in data analysis or strategy for gaming products is a plus.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, able to support cross-regional collaboration.
