Paralegal

About the role

The Paralegal will support the Group’s Legal & Secretariat function across regional businesses, handling corporate secretarial matters, legal records, and documentation. This position offers exposure to legal drafting, contract support, and regulatory compliance within a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage record keeping for all legal correspondence and documentation, both hard copy and electronic, including data‑room indices.
• Serve as the primary contact for external corporate secretarial service providers, coordinating matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collect, file, and retain hard and soft copy legal documents in internal servers and virtual data rooms.
• Draft and review legal documents such as letters, NDAs, MOUs, term sheets, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal procedures.
• Provide inputs on legal issues related to the Group’s investment, business, and operational activities worldwide.
• Represent the legal function in meetings and conference calls as required.
• Undertake additional legal and compliance projects as delegated.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Highly organized, meticulous, and able to work independently.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
